Welcome! By finding my site perhaps you, a close friend or family member may be struggling with the many challenges in life.

It may feel difficult to chat to family or people in your immediate circle. Counselling and psychotherapy may feel like a daunting prospect. I would like to reassure you that you have found a warm, safe, supportive and confidential space to look at the issues you may be struggling with.

I work with both adolescent and adult clients. My aim is to work collaboratively with you in a way that meets your specific needs.
Together we can navigate past and present experiences that may be causing you unhealthy patterns in your life.

I believe that in the right environment we can learn to accept ourselves, achieve our full potential and become our authentic selves.

I am based in Doneraile, North Cork ( P51-WF38), across from the church at the top of the town. You can park outside the office if there is a space or there is plenty of on street parking also. My office is beside the gated entrance to beautiful Doneraile Park if you wished to have a mindful walk before or after our sessions.
